NCx3321 communication problem

Hello,

I have a S32K118 evaluation board and a NCx3321 S32K Addon board3.
I try to communicate through SPI but the NCx3321 does not answer.

Application note AN790311 shows some examples for the communiction. After sending a command frame there should be a interrupt to signal that date can be read.
But the IRQ line never changes to high level. And the chip never responses any data.

The IRQ line is connected with an input and configured to generate an interrupt on rising edge. This works when i manually change the level at this input.

How can I communicate with this chip?

Do I need further presets?

Thanks in advance

Hello,

As you might know, there are some of the documents and libraries which are under NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

Could you please help us contact the person that helped you getting the device. The NCx3321 information is under NDA .

Regards

I use the NXP Eval-board and the NXP NFC Addon-board. The Addon-board is made to plug onto the S32K Eval-Board. So there should be no problems with wiring or level shifters. The SPI settings (CPOL/CPHA) ar set to the demanded values.

The SPI communication generally works with other devices. And of course I use a logic analyzer to check the communication.
