My New OM27462CDKP not connecting to NFC Cockpit (VCOM not appearing)

Hello, I'm connecting my new OM27462CDKP through the micro-USB cable (with default jumper settings). the board is powered up but no VCOM port appears in the device manager and NXP NFC Cockpit isn't detecting any Ports or connected Boards. PS: the VCOM files are already installed in the NFC Cockpit's path and the installation of NFC Cockpit was run as administrator and didn't face any issues during installation.

Hi 

This seems a driver issue.  You can check whether the USB port works normally,  reinstall the driver  , or change a new USB cable.

I found the solution, I had to enter the mass storage mode and update the EEPROM and Flash firmware binaries after that the VCOM appeared and NFC Cockpit recognized the board.
