How to authenticate MIFARE Plus SE card

Hi,

I use ISO 14443-3 protocol to send “Following authentication” command but get the error code 0x04 (It seems that it means “Block Number out of Range”). Please see below detail:

PCD send: 0x76 0x04 0x40 0x71 0xD6

PICC respond: 0x04

Note: “0x04 0x40” is the AES Sector Keys for Key A for sector 2, LSB first.

What is wrong with it?
