I Have CLRC663 plus NFC Frontend Development Kit for Access Management Application and I want to read iPhone UID or Any message form it for access control application

The CRLC663 supports

Read / Write mode

• ISO/IEC 14443A (NTAG® and MIFARE® product family)
• ISO/IEC 14443B
• JIS X 6319-4 (comparable with FeliCa1 scheme)
• ISO/IEC 15693 (ICODE® SLIX, SLIX2, DNA)
• ISO/IEC 18000-3 mode 3/ EPC Class 1 HF (ICODE® ILT)

Peer to Peer mode

• Passive Initiator according to ISO/IEC 14443A (106kbit/ and FeliCa (212 and 424kbit/s)

Still, you will need to check the documentation of the phone and the options that are enabled for the developers to work with.
