Can PN7642 chip run without an external 3.3v?

Hi,

I want to ask, whether PN7642 can be run without an external 3.3v LDO?

I read on the datasheet PN7642 has internal LDO for 3.3v.

So I'm asking to reduce the BOM cost can we run PN7642 without any external 3.3v LDO, we only provided with 5V supply voltage to VBAT, VDDPA, VUP_TX, etc.. ?

The PN7642 has an LDO output pin PVDD_OUT which can be enabled via the configuration registers. It's recommended to refer to the Table 454 of UM11566. U11566 is a security file, so you need to sign an NDA with NXP and then have accessing rights.
