CLRC663 - Active Antenna Concept

For validation of my digital block Analog Front End of CLRC663 is to be bypassed for that I want to use Active Antenna Concept as mentioned in "CLRC663
High performance multi-protocol NFC frontend CLRC663 and CLRC663 plus
Rev. 5.3 — 3 January 2024". 

I am using CLEV663B and configured it as reader for ISO/IEC 14443B using NFC Cockpit. After sending REQB it expects a response from PICC. Bypassing the Analog RF, "Rcv.SigInSe = 11" indicates I can drive SIGIN pin over s3c generic.

Now, I want to know what is meant by s3c generic, and what is expected as an input to this pin. Baseband signal (@106KHz) or BPSK modulates sub-carrier signal. Also, do I just need to transmit characters/data bytes or add SOF and EOF. Does my input signal needs to be synchronized with RF of antenna.

We don't use the s3c generic. It is an internal signal of process unit.
