Spice 原理图和 mex 原理图有什么区别？<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

我正在使用 BFU730F 设计一个低噪声放大器，我下载了设计工具包，但我看到有两种类型的晶体管，一种是 spice 原理图，另一种是 mex 原理图。我在 ADS 上都试过了，但得到的结果却不一样。

我想知道是否有人知道这两种型号有什么区别，为什么我得不到相同的结果？
