PCB layout for MMA8653FCR1

Now I am about to do PCB artwork for MMA8653FCR1.

If I locate some patterns on the immediate opposite layer of mounting position, could it be a reason of malfunction?

No, it should be fine as long as you don't place vias underneath the device.
