I see that the MPXAZ6115A is now obsolete, but there is an identical part the MPXA6115AC6U.
One difference from the data sheet is the MPXAZ6115A has media resistant gel and the MPXA6115AC6U does not.
What is the purpose/function of the media resistant gel?

Their media resistant gel die coat and durable polymer package provide an improved media resistant barrier that allows the sensor to operate reliably in high humidity conditions as well as environments containing common automotive media. More information can be found in this discussion.
