imx219 camera integration issue with IMX95-15x15 frdm

Hi all,

I'm trying to bring up a Sony IMX219 camera on the FRDM-IMX95 (imx95-15x15-lpddr4x-frdm) using AN15033 (i.MX Camera Software Pack, BSP LF6.18.2-1.0.0), section 3.2 (precompiled binaries). The camera is not detected.

**What I did**
- Booted the prebuilt LF6.18.2-1.0.0 image
- Ran copy_binaries.sh from the IMX219 binaries directory (i.MX95-15x15-FRDM-LPDDR4x)
- In U-Boot: setenv fdtfile imx95-15x15-frdm-imx219-isp.dtb; saveenv; boot
- Camera: standard 15-pin IMX219 module (the module and FPC cable both are connected and pin to pin match and the camera is working with STM32mp2 and Rpi).

**What I see**

After reseating the camera the error changed to -5 (-EIO), same "failed to read chip id".

i2cdetect: nothing at 0x10 on i2c-2 (42530000.i2c) or i2c-3 (42540000.i2c). Only unrelated devices show up (UU at 0x33, 0x4c, 0x62 on bus 3; 0x50 and 0x52 on bus 2).

The imx219 module is loaded, the DT node exists, and the neoisp probe succeeds, so this looks like the sensor is not reachable/powered rather than a libcamera or driver issue.

**Observations**
- The DT node is imx219@10 under /soc/bus@42000000/i2c@42540000 (i2c-3). AN15033 section 3.4 shows the path as .../i2c@42530000/imx219@10, which doesn't match what I have. Is this a typo in the note?
- The node has reset-gpios. gpioinfo shows "MIPI-CSI camera reset" (line 19) as an output with no consumer after the probe fails.

**Questions**
1. AN15033 connects the camera via the RPI-CAM-MINISAS adaptor plus a 22-pin to 15-pin FPC cable. Is that adaptor required, or is a plain 15-to-22-pin cable enough?

Note: Pin to pin matched.

2. Has anyone gotten the IMX219 working on the FRDM-IMX95 with this software pack, and if so, with which exact module and cable?
