The GPIO218 output level toggles correctly when running at full speed. However, after using Lauterbach's Attach connection, the port level goes low and stops toggling. How can I analyze this problem?

What do you mean by "can no longer flip"? When you go over the Siul2_Dio_Ip_WritePin() function, does GPDO218 not change to '1'? How are you testing this?
If you select 'Go' or disconnect the debugger, does the GPIO toggle?
I have made a simple test, and I can see GPDO switch when debugger is attached.
