Scarthgap(6.6.52)を使っている場合、問題は以下の通りかもしれません:

画像にv4l2h265decが存在しません。
H.265ファイルは、生の基本的なストリームではありません。
VPUのファームウェア/ドライバーが読み込まれていません。
BSPは、パイプラインで指定されたものとは異なるデコーダー要素を使用します。

以下の出力結果を提供してください。
