On the measurements you shared, are the pull-up voltages powered before POR_B is released?
In your application, is there any point at which the MCU enters a low-power state?
Does any fault or error occur before the issue appears?

The pull-up voltages are not powered before POR_B is released. Signals of the pull -up wrt. POR_B behavior is attached below.
There is no point in our application where MCU Enters low power mode.
Also, no fault or error occurs before this issue.
I would also like to know whether there is any way to recover the board through software when this issue occurs.
