Pin-to-pin connectors can only be from the same series. For example, some models of S32K144 or S32K146 have the same pins and package.

Yes, there is no difference, except that F does not support Security, meaning this chip does not support the CSE module.
It supports CAN FD, FLEXIO module, and Security (CSEc engine).
