I have registered for a new NXP account a few days ago and I need to download the S32 Design Studio software. However, from the nxp.com portal, I am unable to see the link for accessing the Software Licensing and Support page from My NXP Account > Apps and Services. Would it be possible to help me access these resources?

You may try accessing the S32DS via the product page:
S32 Design Studio | NXP Semiconductors
Then try downloading it the following way:
