Looking for guidance on how to achieve the lowest possible SUSPEND mode power consumption on the FRDM-IMX95 board? With bare-metal m7 code, a55s off, I've been able to get down to ~2.2W. This is after full expander/PHY/PD_NETC power-down. How low can the FRDM-IMX95 go?
Updating my own post with my latest findings... I was able to turn off EXT_5V0 and EXT_3V3_PWR_EN and didn't see any additional improvement. I then tested DDR-self-refresh, and was able to get down to ~193mA/1.1W. I'm really wanting to go lower if possible...
