S32K358 chip temperature

When the S32K358 is operating at 240MHz and the ambient temperature is 24℃, the internal temperature of the MCU is read as 60℃. This IC temperature was measured with copper plating for heat dissipation on the PCB. Is this temperature normal?

Could you please use the internal Temperature Sensor (TempSense) to measure the MCU junction temperature (Tj)?

Tj represents the temperature of the silicon die and is the most critical thermal parameter for device operation. This value must always remain below the limits specified in the Thermal Operating Characteristics section of the S32K3xx Data Sheet, Rev. 14.
