Based on the confirmation: the correct part# should MiMX9352XVVXMAC,

not MMX9352XVVXMAC you mentioned.

For the reliability report of MiMX9352XVVXMAC, it is not public, I need to check with our internal quality engineer, will provide it to you once I got it.
