We are currently using S32 Design Studio for ARM 2018.R1 (Windows) for one of our products. The license has recently expired, and we are unable to activate the software.
When we attempt to generate an activation key using our activation code, the generated key is also reported as expired, preventing us from using the IDE.
Our activation code is:

Could you please extend or renew the license associated with this activation code, or advise us on the appropriate steps to regain access to the software?

Thanks. But I am still unable to activate the software. I tried both online and offline activations and it failed. This is what i get as the error:
