My customer is using MPC5741P for Auto ESC application.
Currently, they were asked by the end OEM about BCTRL pin characteristics, such as voltage region.
Could you help check and confirm it? Thanks.
Below is the waveform, it's triangle, and OEM asked to add decouple Cap. on base control output pin from MCU side.
Datasheets recommend different transistor as you can see below:
Also it needs to be properly bypassed/decoupled. Pay attention mainly to VDD_LV_COR:
