You're way outside the operating range of this transistor. Unfortunately, we don't have a replacement for this PN transistor due to the voltage levels it handles, but if you're willing to integrate level translators into your design, you might find other PN transistors that could help, for example:

MRFE6VP61K25H

Another option could be the AFT05MS003N; it's already marked as discontinued and is no longer in production, but you could check with our distributors to see if they still have any.
