Do RW610/RW612 support TLS 1.2 and above?

Yes, RW610/RW612 supports TLS 1.2.
For TLS 3.0, we have provided relevant examples: frdmrw612_mbedtls3x_selftest and frdmrw612_mbedtls3x_psatest, etc. You can refer to them to see if they meet your requirements.
