I need the manufacturer library for the MPC5644A.

What procedure is required?

There no such library available for this legacy device:

Closest would be MPC564xB which has same Z4 core as MPC5644A.

Following the previous question

I looked up the NXP website on my own, referring to the image you sent.

I searched for the mpc5644A, and the following page came up.

There is an item called "Power Architecture e200 Core Self Test Software" inside the red box, and you can download it.

Can I perform a CORE test on the MPC5644A using this?
