Hello,
I was looking in offloading the PHY layer of 4G/5G protocol stack (both for UE and Base Station) on our custom development. Right now, our setup consist in using a Software Defined Radio as radio transceiver and a COTS laptop for all the protocol processing (including PHY). PHY processing is the main bottleneck in our architecture and I was wondering if the SoC of NXP (the one I found with similar purpose are LA9310 and LA12xx) offer the implementation of the whole/part of the PHY layer on 4G and 5G.
