The current model of the SBC chip I am using is SFS2613BMDFKAD. The chip is powered by 12V. Currently, I can measure Vpre to be 5.6V, but there is no output from Vcore, LDO1, LDO2, TRAK1, or TRAK2. What is the reason for this? What should be done about it?
I have encountered this problem, you should check the schematic diagram, some customers' OTP chip is back-end mode, but his schematic diagram is front-end circuit.
Currently testing, connecting Debug's 5V first, and powering 12V, still only Vpre has 5.6V output, others have no output, I'm aiming for 1.5V output from Vcore, and 5V output from the other LDOs and TRAK, have you encountered any similar problems with this chip?
1: Can you post the OTP file for SFS2613BMDFKAD to see?
2: When testing, first connect the DEBUG pin to 5V and then power on 12V. in debug mode test
