Hi Nxp team,
Could you kindly let us know whether the S32K MCU which type of MASK Versions used Like ROM or Flash or OTP type?
The S32K MCUs use embedded Flash for program memory. They do not have mask ROM or mask OTP versions (only small OTP areas for internal trim/settings).
