I use S9KEAZN8AMTGR , To design this chip I use Kinetis Design Studio . How I add delay and I generate PWM.

First, it is important to clarify that this device family is currently supported only by CodeWarrior and S32 Design Studio for Arm (S32DS), not by Kinetis Design Studio (KDS).

For PWM and timers usage, you can refer to the following application notes:

AN4976 – Controlling a DC Motor Using the PWT Module on Kinetis E/EA
