The "Software License and Support Options" cannot be found in the personal interface.

As shown in the figure, there is no "Software License and Support" option on this page. But for the others, the NXP interface has this option.As shown below.

Could you please share which specific software you are trying to access?

Please try going to "Profile > Apps and Services > Software > Software Licensing and Support".
