This fix should be involved in the next release, right? Because SW team just accept to change code with the information from RM or confirmed by doc team. I will say them to prioritize this ticket. They will provide the fix after getting the confirm from doc team.

Thanks very much for your reply. To change the value to zero is tested by local AE team during silicon bring-up.
If you confirmed from SW team, I proposal to create another JIRA ticket to fix it.

From my point of view, this came from RM not define CTRL[CTRL_CLK_SELECT] to see value 0 or 1 is FXOSC. I didn't find any information relate to this. Except this diagram but still not clear. The ticket ARTDCMCU-691 raised to SW team will ask doc team or you can please help to ask doc team about CTRL_CLK_SELECT.
