Unable to Launch GUI Guider on non-internet connected computer

Hello, my development computer is not connected to the internet. I downloaded GUI Guider and when I launch the program it is looking for a internet connection and wants me to log into my NXP account. Why is it necessary for GUI Guider to have an internet connection to run? Is their a way to launch the tool on a computer that does not have an internet connection?

I would also like to run Gui Guider from a non internet connected computer.
