I see that the version of EB Tresos that this version adapts to should be 30.0.0, not the version you are using.

This is the 30.0.0 interface, which still doesn't seem to have this configuration item.

The style of your interface is not right, the style of the new version is totally different from the old one.

There seems to be a bit of a problem, running setup prompts that there is no installer, you can unzip EBtresosStudio_EBtresosStudio.zip and open the app directly, but the app interface is still old:
