IMX93 EVK- MQS peripheral

Hi

I am working with I.MX93 EVK board. I have tested all the peripherals including audio jack. But I am stuck with one of the peripheral MQS(J1301). what does this peripheral do? How can i test this.

Could you please help me with the information regarding MQS peripheral.
