Right now, only versions 1.0.5 and 1.0.6 can be downloaded.

I am not sure if this version is publicly available.

You can find it in your NXP SW account in previous TAB.

If you do not see it there, then you will need to rise a ticket at NXP.com where you need to state for which account name you want to enable it and I will ask admin to add rights for you.
