iMX95 Silicon Revision

Hello,

I have recently received a new sample of the iMX95 B0, having previously worked with the A1 version. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with details regarding any hardware-related changes or other differences between these two versions.

Could you kindly clarify the specific differences between the iMX95 B0 and A1?

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Re: iMX95 Silicon Revision

Hi @Shubham2

B0 fixes numerous internal bugs within the chip, so it affects a wide range of software. I cannot list all specific differences in detail, but I believe that if you use a BSP version L6.12.34 or higher, you need not concern yourself with chip version issues. If you need to migrate the BSP, please perform the porting based on a BSP version L6.12.34 or higher.

Best Regards,
Zhiming

So, simply put, this means there are no hardware-related changes between A1 and B0 .

Re: iMX95 Silicon Revision

Hi Zhiming,

Where could one find the exact differences between A0, A1 and B0 silicon revisions? We are noticing some issues using latest BSPs on A0, specifically relating to NPU usage.

Regards,
