Hello @flybir, hope you are doing well.

When the RW612 enters into deep sleep mode (PM4), it powers off all the GPIO pads except for the 6 AON IO pads (GPIO[22] - GPIO[27]). For more detailed information about low power characteristics, please check the Low Power Checklist for RW61x Family.
