1: Please use an oscilloscope to check if the power-up sequence is correct, paying attention that DCDC_PSWITCH requires an RC delay circuit, and the total RC delay should be 5 – 40 ms.
2:Please refer to MIMXRT1170HDUG chapter 5 Debugging and programming, it is about SWD/JTAG Pin Configuration

3: For SWD/JTAG debugging, the recommended mode is Internal Boot mode.

we designed our custom board with mimxrt1176avm8a
now JTAG issue was cleared ,
we used in our custom board micron QSPI Flash, (Part number : MT25QL512ABB1EW9-0SIT TR) & SDRAM (Part number : MT48LC16M16A2P-6A IT:G) components, now we need to workout related that if you have any related documents kindly share . Kindly provide MCUEXPRESSO tool related procedure how to initialize this settings.
we are facing one issue in this process , while loading hello world program it was not entering to main function before only it was stopped.

I am very glade to hear that using the external PMIC and disabling the internal DCDC solved the JTAG detection issue.
