Hello NXP Support Team and Community,
I’m encountering an issue with the NXP GTM Configure Tools that I can’t resolve, and I’m hoping for some guidance. I’ve downloaded the software directly from the official NXP website and successfully applied for the corresponding license as required. However, the tool still fails to work properly when I attempt to launch 。
When launching the tool, I receive the error message: “Error was occurred while checking your license: Error List Returned (-513,4050); SIGN or SIGN2 Required in License Certificate (-516,4035)”.
Could you please advise how to resolve the “SIGN or SIGN2 required in License Certificate” error?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Hi Stan,
Thanks for following up! I just ran the "vol c:" command in Windows Terminal, and confirmed that the HOST ID shown there matches exactly the one I submitted when applying for the license.
Also, to make sure the license was properly placed: I copied the downloaded "license.dat" file into the "D:\Freescale\GTM Configuration Tool\lic" folder of the tool, and renamed its file extension to ".lic" as instructed.
Is there any other detail I can check, or additional information I can provide to help troubleshoot this "SIGN/SIGN2 required" error?
Looking forward to your advice.
Best regards,
