Apps not showing in My apps

Dear all,

if I access "My apps" page, no apps are listed as you can see in the screenshot below.

But if I try to add another app with the same package name of an app I registered in the past, the systems answers with "Package Name already exists".

Could you please support me, since sometimes devices are giving this error: "TapLinX registration failed after Free Trial. Provide Valid License Key".

The problem is that I have an old application already registered that is no more showing in my page. I can't generate a new one because the package name cannot be changed.

If I try to create a new one using the old package, the system refuses to do it, stating that the package name already exists.

Hope you are doing well.

By any chance, are you receiving the confirmation email when trying to add the application to your account?

Could you please try again the app registration with a unique name and package name and confirm that is being added to your account?
