Issue moving from NXP GCC 10.2 to NXP GCC 11.4

Hello,

I am having an issue creating a new S32K3x project in S32 Design Studio, version 3.6.4.

I have both the NXP GCC 10.2 and NXP GCC 11.4 compilers installed from the S32DS Extensions and Updates. I also have the S32K3 PlatformSDK (RTD) installed, version 6.0.0.202510100950.

When I follow the new project wizard (File > New > S32DS Application Project):

If I select NXP GCC 10.2 as the compiler, the PlatformSDK shows up in the SDKs selection window as expected.

If I select NXP GCC 11.4 as the compiler, the SDKs selection list is empty, and I cannot attach the SDK to my project.

Is my installed PlatformSDK (RTD) version incompatible with the NXP GCC 11.4 compiler? If so, which specific version of the S32K3 PlatformSDK (RTD) do I need to download and install for it to be compatible with the NXP GCC 11.4 compiler?

Thanks
Abhishek

Re: Issue moving from NXP GCC 10.2 to NXP GCC 11.4

Hi,

the RTD is compatible with gcc v10.2 - please check the installation manual/release notes for RTD.
