Quectel_SG560D(cpu QCM6490) Android 12+PN7150 seems not work.
There is crash in framework layer when nfc tag detection.

I would say that PN7150 is NRND (not recommended for new designs),and will be EOL. So we would suggestion you should switch to PN7160 would be better.
Anyway, for your current issue, you can only follow AN11690 (NXP NCI Android Porting Guidelines) to check.
