Custommed HDMI Resolution on i.MX 8M Plus (Yocto)

I was using Yocto on i.MX 8M plus and needed the HDMI output at 3840x720@60Hz and 3840x1080@60Hz. 

They were not available in Weston. So I'm going to modify the kernel.

Can anyone provide the guidance on how to add these custommed resolutions to the kernel or device tree?
