Regarding to your Q2 of boot time, The LPC55S3x supports booting from internal flash, external flash, or ISP mode, depending on configuration. the boot time information is not documented in any existing files. So I suggest you creating a private ticket to request it. Please address your project information and why this information is necessary to you in your ticket.
