Searching for 4GB DRAM compatible with I.MX 8M Processor

Hi, 

I am working with the NXP i.MX8M processor and would like to know if there are any 4GB DRAM (LPDDR4/DDR4) parts available and compatible with it.

If anyone has specific part numbers or vendor recommendations, that would be very helpful.
