[CANON][SE05x] Can SE05x support ECC BN-256 curve?

I'm preparing comparison between SE05x and IFX TPM SLB9665.

(The reason of choosing SLB9665 is just customer's request, customer has experience of using it.)

The following page says that it supports ECC BN-256.

I'm not familiar with this curve, can SE05x support this curve?

Re: [CANON][SE05x] Can SE05x support ECC BN-256 curve?

Hello Shinji,

the Barreto-Naehrig-curve is used in the ECDAA protocol, which is a three-party anonymous attestation protocol. We deprecated and removed ECDAA support from IoT applet as we have seen it was never used by customers in IoT use cases as anonymity is typically important when dealing with authentication of people, but not when dealing with authentication of machines.

Kind regards,
Michael
