Hello NXP Community:
I use IAR compiler to integrate S32K3 SAF (version 1.0.5) in S32K312 board.
However there are so many questions when I run the sCheck. The possible reason is the wrong configuration of .icf file and startup_cm7.s file. So could you share IAR compiler's .icf file and startup_cm7.s file ?

note: 1. when I run sCheck_CacheL1_EccTest(), it will be FaultHard.
2. when I run sCheck_Flash_Test(), the target memory will be changed to access denied.

The SAF is a premium software. since this is a public channel, we recommend going directly to your local NXP representative/FAE.
China FAE held a training on SAF this year, which mentioned some integration considerations that may be helpful: AMCU28-Integrating Safety with S32 Safety Software Framework (SAF).pptx
