Copy: [RTD] Recommend build optimized options change

Hi:

 since more and more customer are caring about performance of device.

but our RTD still using size optimized options in the manual

(-Os/ Osize )

this will caused some performance issue in some applications.

Could you please help suggest SW change the standard build options to 

-O1(or O2 in GCC)

-Ogeneral ( GHS)

for better performance ? this will help customer improve our device performance.
