Hi,
S32DS for PA is no more developed. Latest version is S32DS for PA v2.1. It is not tested on WIN 11, but can be used with it. You can download it here - https://www.nxp.com/design/design-center/software/automotive-software-and-tools/s32-design-studio-id...
