Selecting the clock, pins and peripherals configuration buttons from MCUXpresso IDE with a project for MK81FN256 I get the following error which prevents me to configure and autogenerate the code.

Unfortunately, the MK81 is not supported on ConfigTools. As you can see from the following image of the ConfigTool's Data Manager, it only supports MK80 and MK82.
