I have a RD-RW612-BGA board : IPA-2A/1A V3.
And if I use the initial SDK which is SDK_2_13_3_RD-RW612-BGA with the F/W in the directory components/conn_fwloader/fw_bin.
If I use rw61x_sb_wifi_a1.bin or rw61x_sb_ble_a1.bin, the wifi example in the SDK 2.13.3 can work with no problem. And if I use rw61x_sb_wifi_a2.bin/rw61x_sb_ble_a2.bin, the example run with the FW fail to download.
Now we would like to move to the latest SDK, but we found the SDK 25.06 has no rw61x_sb_xxxx_a1.bin but only rw61x_sb_xxxx_a2.bin. And surely the build of the SDK is okay, but everything fail in downloading the F/W.
Please let me know where I can find the related rw61x_sb_xxxx_a1.bin inside the SDK 25.06 as we did in SDK 2.13.3

Hi,
The problem is RW612ET/A1IK is no longer manufactured. Which means it is no longer supported.
If you don't want to use the FRDM-RW612. You can use another board of our partners.

I suppose the answer imply the V3 board I have can only use the old SDK, and will not be able to use another latest SDK. Is it correct?

The recommended RW612 development board is the FRDM-RW612. I'd recommend you take a look at it.
Regarding your issue, you are using the A1 version which is an old SoC variant. It looks like the V3 version of the RD-RW612-BGA board still uses this variant. The V4 uses the A2 SoC variant (the same as the FRDM board). The latest SDK releases include the A2 version only. You will need to upgrade your board in order to use the latest FW.
