Hi,
I need to know if pin VEXCC of UJA1169 it's mandatory to be connected at pin V1 in the configuration without external PNP.

Hello,
This is a recommendation. In normal application use cases where no external PNP transistor is used, VEXCC should be connected to V1. However, if VEXCC is left open, there will be no impact on the functionality of the application.
